If you decide to cancel your reservation in a class, you must make the cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start date. 7 days provides us with enough time to fill the vacant seat with a new student. If you purchase the tickets within 7 days of the start date, there are NO refunds.
We will allow you to transfer your ticket to another upcoming course within 90 days. After that, your registration will be purged WITHOUT refund. You must contact us via phone or email prior to the course to reschedule.
